Limestone powder / Kummayam podi (Soil PH Neutralizer & Remove Impurities)

Lime stone powder / Kummayam adds calcium to soil, which in turn helps plants absorb trace elements such as zinc, copper and others. By adding lime, you’ll boost the overall health of your crops . An even spread of lime can correct many deficiencies and adjust the pH of the plants over the growing season so the problems disappear. It also remove any impurities present in the soil.

WHEN TO ADD KUMMAYAM / LIME POWDER

Rainy season is the best time for adding  lime powder into the soil as it gives several months to dissolve.

To add lime to the soil, first prepare the bed by tilling or digging to a depth of 8 to 12 inches (20-30 cm.)

USAGE

• A handful of powder is preferable for 2 plants.
• spread the powder through out the base.

• NOTE :- PREVENT ACCUMLATION OF POWDER NEAR THE BASE OF PLANT
