Banganapalli mango
Banaganapalli Mangoes or Benishan mango is a variety of mango produced mainly in Banaganapalle of Andhra Pradesh, India. Banganapalli is oval-shaped mangoes with golden yellowish skin with hints of red and is larger in size where a single mango weights about 400 g. These mangoes have a pulp that is fibreless firm and yellowish with a sweet juicy taste. They are mostly used to make juice, sorbet and ice cream as they are highly rich in the pulp. Banaganapalli Mangoes are also cultivated in other states of Northern and Central India and also other neighbouring countries like Pakistan, West Bengal, etc…
